Proposal : 2020

The massing was split into two to create an inner courtyard for an inward-looking greenery which shared among the spaces in the house. Solidity and minimal openings were designed on exterior walls to ensure the privacy between the neighbors and the residences.

The layout incorporates vertical interactions through elevated walkways, bridges, or even strategically positioned balconies. This design element allows spaces to intersect and blend, creating an interconnected atmosphere while maintaining visual continuity. All rooms and living spaces are oriented towards the courtyard. Large windows, glass doors, and skylights ensure that every corner of the house benefits from ample natural light and captivating views of the courtyard's greenery. The layout adopts an open plan design that fosters a sense of spaciousness and easy flow.

The concept envisions a house that marries the concept of privacy and openness, bringing the beauty of the outdoors into the heart of the home. This design concept promotes a balanced lifestyle by offering both communal interaction and private retreats.
